We are sorry to hear that something went wrong! All items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange and need to be sent back within 14 days of receipt in a resellable condition - unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it with no makeup marks, dirty stains, etc or any other signs of damage and with the original tags attached.

To arrange a refund or exchange please e-mail for the address. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please return all items in the original packaging and with the original labels. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Lulu Style. Please note we do not cover return postage.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns on orders outside of the mainland UK.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of items being received. Please allow, in some cases, an additional 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account.


We’re happy to exchange an item for a different colour (where possible) or size ONLY. Please follow the process above, indicating that you would like an exchange for a new size/colour in the return/exchange form alongside your email.

Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. We do not offer exchanges for different items.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a refund will be issued.


Sale Items are Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable.


Unfortunately, manufacturing faults do occasionally occur. If you believe an item to be faulty (or is not the item you have ordered), please contact us within 24 hours at and we will advise on what to do next. We are not able in any circumstances to refund return postage costs if you have not contacted us in advance.
