I just placed an order. When will it arrive?
We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method you select. Currently all our orders are sent out via Royal Mail Signed-For in order for us to track your order. We understand during uncertain times, orders might take a bit longer to reach you. Bear with us! We offer the below delivery options:
- UK STANDARD DELIVERY – Royal Mail Signed for (2-5 working days): FREE
- UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY – Royal Mail Signed for (order placed before 12pm) - £4.95
- INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £10 (Depending on where you are located – shipping rates calculated at checkout).
Do we offer free returns?
At the moment as a small business we do not offer free returns. However due to the current situation we are now happy to accept free returns if brought into the store. If you need more information on the returns please visit our return page or contact us at email@example.com.
What is our return policy?
All items (exclusion for sale items) can be returned to us for a refund or exchange and need to be sent back within 14 days of receipt in a resellable condition – unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received with no make-up marks, dirty stains, etc or any sign of damage and with the original tags attached. If the item does not match any of the above requirements we unfortunately won’t be able to refund you. I love the item, however I ordered the wrong size. What shall I do?
No problem at all. We are happy to offer exchanges on the same item. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and size you wish to change it for. We will then contact you to arrange the best exchange for you. For more information visit our page regarding returns and exchanges.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes you sure can! As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order. We also recommend you check your junk email as sometimes email can end up there. If any problems, drop us an email and we will surely assist you further.
Do I need an account to place an order?
We do recommend you create an account for reference however you can check out via the guest and express checkout.
Where can I physically shop for Lulu Style?
We are currently showcasing our collection online and in selected stores across London. We absolutely love meeting our customers, so we will also be aiming to showcase our collections in different locations. Where are our products made?
The majority of our collections are made in Italy. However, sometimes we do have a few products imported. If so, this will be specified on the product descriptions as we want to be as honest and open with you!
