SHIPPING INFORMATION

Congratulations on placing your order, how exciting!

Once the order has successfully gone through, we’ll send you an order confirmation email receipt. Your order will then be processed and ready for shipping within 5 working business days. At this stage, you will receive another email with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your parcel and be up to date.

At the moment, we only offer the below delivery options:

UK STANDARD DELIVERY– Royal Mail Tracked (2-3 working days): £4.99

UK NEXT DAY– Royal Mail Tracked (only for orders placed before 12 pm): £6.99

FREE UK SHIPPING on all orders above £100. 

BANK HOLIDAY - Orders placed on Bank Holiday will be dispatched the following next day (for Next Day Delivery) or within 2 days (for Standard Delivery)

Should you have any questions or failed to receive any of those email mentioned above, please give us a shout as soon as possible and email at info@lulu-style.com and we will solve this.

All orders, at the moment, will be shipped via Royal Mail and we trust them to deliver your packages on time. We also provide, only tracked for services. However, we are not responsible for late shipment due to bad weather, strikes or carrier delays.

If there is a problem with your order and it cannot be shipped on the time selected, we will let you know as soon as possible.

You are responsible for entering your address correctly, however, if you have made a mistake or wish to change the address we recommend you to do as quickly as possible by sending us an email at info@lulu-style.com

If you are not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will attempt to leave you a card with information on how to receive your parcel.

Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer shipping outside the UK.
